**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
**Customer Service**
- Provide education and training to peers as necessary

**Job Knowledge**
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
- Problem solve around obscure technologies and complex issues in a creative way
- Audit and maintain an accurate hardware inventory of assets managed by the company

**General Requirements, Education, and Experience**
- Able to work on call as required
- 2-5 years proven career experience
- Degree or college diploma in Information Technology
- Windows, Mac, Linux experience required
- Experience supporting cloud technologies such as Google Apps/Office 365
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Experience with VMWare, Cisco, storage technologies a plus
