**IT Systems Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Provide administration, patching, log review and day-to-day management of Windows 2016/2019 Servers and Active Directory.
- Provide administration and management of the VMWare environment, including monitoring the health of all Hosts and VM objects in vCenter, resource bottlenecks and snapshot management. Firmware updates on Host hardware, ESX patches, VMWare tools updates and P2V migrations.
- Assist with configuration and deployment of all IT hardware, including remote branch offices.
- Maintain backups and storage requirements.
- Assist with firewall management.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced knowledge and experience with Windows Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows server 2016, 2019, Terminal Servers and RDP.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in networking with routing, switching (Cisco, Dell, HP), LAN and WAN technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center and VM backup technologies (Nakivo, Veeam backup).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with VMware vSphere 6/7, vCenter, and ESXi.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Dell server, Storage.
- Experience with creating and modifying scripts, including Python and PowerShell.

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Possess a high level of knowledge in IT and computer systems.
- Have a solid technical background.
