Parts Coordinator

**Overview**
This is a full time, on-site role as a Parts Coordinator at Docs’s Autobody in Chilliwack, BC. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of all parts received and returned. You will be required to manage all of the documentation and invoicing related to parts received and returned.
**Duties**
- Complete training in our parts management system which we will provide as well as the Tesla parts management system.
- Assist with the pick up and delivery of vehicles and running errands as required.
- Create and manage purchase orders, handle vendor communications regarding back orders and stagnant requisitions
- Tag and manage warranty returns, ensuring all claims are accurately processed
- Invoice entry for parts received
- Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
**Qualifications**
- Sound set of computer skills including Microsoft office suite
- Must be capable of complex math calculations such as margin, markup, freight, and exchange
- A customer driven positive attitude is a must
- Valid BC Driver’s Class 5 License, with a clean Drivers Abstract
- Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
- High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
- Industry experience (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge or repair experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience and knowledge of Mitchell Estimating considered an asset
- Experience and knowledge of ImEX considered an asset

Pay: $17.40-$21.00 per hour
