**Parts Coordinator**
Join our team as a Parts Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department, from managing inventory to providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for marine or motorsport parts, excellent leadership skills, and a drive for success, we want to hear from you.

**What will YOU be doing as a Parts Coordinator?**
- Take dealer and consumer parts calls and inquiries.
- Process incoming parts orders from the internet, phone calls or fax orders.
- Receive all incoming product via truck load, container load and courier shipments.
- Ship out parts orders.
- Get quotes from freight companies to unsure best pricing.
- Process warranty claims, track claims, missing part claims.
- Keep on top of parts inventory by submitting orders to our suppliers.
- Inventory cycle counts.
- Assist assembly staff in locating parts needed for builds.
- Organize and put away all incoming parts.
- General items like schedule delivery trucks for oil changes, inspections, forklift maintenance.

**What YOU bring to the table**
- Customer service experience.
- Inventory count experience.
- Forklift experience.
- Computer experience.
- Willingness to work and get the job done.
- Ability to catch on quickly. Resourceful in looking for answers, internet portals, parts books, drawings etc.
- Knowledge of automotive or equipment parts is preferred.

Salary information: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Salary is dependent on experience)

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chilliwack, BC (V2P): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- parts coordinator: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers license (required)
