**Job Title**: Car Parts Sales Representative

**Location**: Aadco Auto Parts, Brampton, Ontario

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)

**Compensation**: $18/hour + Commission (to be discussed in interview)

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **motivated and results-driven Car Parts Sales Representative** to join our team If you have **experience in automotive parts sales, excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment**, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be responsible for **selling car parts face-to-face and over the phone**, ensuring quick and efficient service for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sell automotive parts** to customers in-store and over the phone.
- Provide **exceptional customer service** by assisting clients in finding the right parts for their needs.
- Maintain **product knowledge** and stay up-to-date with automotive trends.
- Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently.
- Work with the team to **meet and exceed sales targets**.
- Build and maintain **strong customer relationships** to encourage repeat business.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Keep the sales area organized and assist with inventory when needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in car parts sales or the automotive industry** is preferred but not mandatory (any sales experience is great).
- Strong **customer service and communication skills**.
- Ability to **multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment**.
- A **sales-driven mindset** with the ability to meet targets.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory checks.
