Sales Representative

Overview:
We are a very busy food and sweets distributor in Brampton and looking for a career oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative at a leading company in the industry. We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in sales and customer service to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. You must be PR or Canadian citizen and having your own vehicle if interested in this opportunity.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and secure new business
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the business development team to expand the customer base
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Demonstrate technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or related field
- Strong background in sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts and products is advantageous
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive informed business decisions

Pay: $33,100.00-$40,000.00 per year
