**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Prepares the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract.
- Assemble and compile schedules and cost data and inputs into the project control database and provide output to the project team.
- Analyze progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas.
- Assist and coach junior cost controller.
- Maintain all subsidiary reports to facilitate good cost projections (EAC).
- Support the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.
- Involve in the preparation and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports to keep management and/or owner informed on the project progress. These reports may include labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value curves reports
- May provide PP&C support to other business groups.
**What will you contribute?**
- Hands-on experience, at least 5.
- Experience in setting up Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with resource loading & earned value management systems.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of principles and concepts of cost as they relate to budgeting, monitoring and tracking actual costs, change orders and forecasting.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint Software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet critical project deadlines.
