THE CLINICA is a new contemporary Med Spa In Toronto, we are currently seeking a full
- time receptionist who is fluent in both Mandarin and English. As our front desk receptionist, you are our first and last point of contact, therefore professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail must be present at all times and second nature to you.

As our spa expands we are looking for some extra hands at the front desk. If you love all things beauty then this will be right for you. At THE CLINICA we are dedicated to helping our clients feel beautiful. We believe in giving each guest the best experience and every member of our team plays an important part. The CLINICA is a fun, vibrant, positive environment with lots of beauty perks.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in WeChat marketing (preferred)
- Two or more years recent experience in a clinical, aesthetic, surgical or medical spa (preferred)
- Experience in customer service (preferred)
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service and client care.
- Ability to multi-task; work independently and as a team; and pro-active.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and reply WeChat messages, answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and managing appointments for our team.
- Daily communication of information to team leads and management.
- Provide a professional and friendly experience on the telephones, online and in the receptionist area for all clients and visitors.
- Checking clients in and out, knowledgeable of all spa services, retail products and assist in scheduling follow up visits.
- Preparing charts for new patients; entering all client information accurately into database.
- Maintain accurate scheduling in booking software.
- Create and maintain all patient files
- Assist with troubleshooting office equipment and technologies.
- Various clerical duties as requested by Physician, Operations Manager and/or Clinic Manager.
