Rocky Mountain House, Canada Koch Fuel Products Inc Full time

*This is a three (3) month contract position with the potential to move to permanent.

The Facility Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the site on a day-to-day basis for Koch Fuel Products. They will be required to complete all necessary documentation to comply with Koch Fuel Products Safety standards. They will need to have strong time management skills to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Facility Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Responsible for the internal and external image of the site
- Commitment to a positive attitude in Customer Service with maintaining the cleanliness of the site
- Receive and follow oral or written orders from Site Manager
- Clean and maintain fuel pumps, card lock, and site office
- Adjust to daily cleanliness or maintenance needs of the site (ie: snow removal, sanding, etc.)
- Perform all duties outlined in the daily, weekly and monthly inspections
- Safely load/unload trucks using drum cart & skid steer

**Minimum Requirements**
- High School Diploma
- Class 5 license
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Accountable and dependable
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Experience with customer service preferred
- Skid steer experience an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Required to meet a number of deadlines which may cause stress
- Able to be on your feet for entire shift
- May need to lift or move heavy objects
- Ability to use a broom and/or snow shovel on a daily basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rocky Mountain House, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
