We are currently looking for a **Production Coordinator** to join our **Burlington **team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will support production by preparing dockets and coordinator materials. We are looking for a positive, energetic person who is highly motivated and wants to work in a team environment

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure adherence to established safety practices
- Prepare Production Dockets
- Verify Artwork
- Docket Details
- Docket Distribution & Collection
- Maintain Production Attainment KPI’s
- Production allocation of Stampers/Labels as defined by docket
- Issuance of dockets and parts to appropriate press
- Update and maintain Production Attainment File (Google Doc)
- Label Management Backup
- Detailed Document Control
- Manage Drying Cycles
- Label Purge
- Cataloguing Product Color Variation Program
- Assist with Inventory Control Management
- Work in conjunction with the Master Scheduler to improve lead-times, and avoid production delays
- Assist in the development of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Other duties/initiatives as assigned

**Physical Demands**
- This position is split between the office and the production floor
- Must be able to lift up-to 50lbs intermittently
- Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather conditions, including heat
- Adaptable to relative sound pressure levels
- Use of hands and wrist continuously in a controlled environment

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- High school diploma required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Docs)
- Must be willing to wear PPE while performing functions (plant areas)
- Good judgment and initiative are required to resolve problems and make recommendations
- Strong self-initiative and work ethic with a drive to achieve sustainable results
- Strong oral, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as business needs require
- Excellent communication skills written, electronic and oral
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Ability to achieve results and work in a fast paced, team-based environment with shifting priorities
- Must be able to interface well with other departments
