Digital Glow Co. is a Social Media Marketing agency based in Toronto. We are looking for someone to join our team as an experienced Social Media Manager and Content Creator that is obsessed with delivering thoughtful, valuable and engaging content and experiences for our clients and their communities.

What you’ll do:

- Develop and execute thoughtful, high-performing digital and social media strategies for agency clients tailored per platform
- Own the planning, creation, copywriting, scheduling, and distribution of content across our client’s and the agency’s social platforms
- Oversee community management and engagement for client accounts including, including targeted interactions, responding to comments, and ensuring complaints are taken care of and escalated to client support teams where appropriate
- Adhere to social media and brand guidelines, and ensure legal compliance
- Lead the creation, implementation, monitoring scaling, and reporting for paid campaigns with various objectives (specifically campaigns built within Facebook Ads Manager)
- Create KPIs, compile data, track, analyze and report on relevant metrics that map back to client objectives and established goals
- Audit campaigns, identifies key findings and recommends approaches.
- Provide consistent and clear communication of social strategy and initiatives to all stakeholders, including weekly meetings and internal briefing documents and presentations
- Lead Influencer marketing strategy, including the sourcing of partners, negotiation, implementation and management of campaigns, tracking and reporting
- Stay up to date on all things happening in the Social Media world.

Success Checklist:

- 1+ years professional experience as a Social Media Manager working on Social Media and Influencer projects at an agency or corporation; including sourcing, creating and curating content, strategy, copywriting, scheduling, distribution, partnerships sourcing and management, reporting and community management
- In-depth knowledge of all major Social Media networks: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Tik Tok
- Live and breathe ‘the culture’
- Strong copywriting/caption writing/blog writing skills + writing experience
- Impeccable attention to detail and grammar
- Strong customer service skills
- Love for analytics
- A genuine passion for Social Media and Aesthetics industry
- Proficient in Canva, or similar design software
- Are familiar with Asana, Planoly, Later, and/or Sprout Social
- The energy to always want to be the best at what you do.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
