Side Hustle Snack Bar, a busy restaurant in Downtown Dartmouth, is on the hunt for another great cook to complete the team. We run a chill, respectful kitchen built on efficiency and team work. At least two years of experience working the line in a busy (non fast food) kitchen is a requirement. Culinary school completion is an asset, though not necessary. We are big on work life balance so no twelve hour shifts here. Excellent tips, staff meals, and a stellar crew to work alongside. This position is part time (approximately 3-4 shifts per week including every weekend) with the possibility of full time for the right person..

Job Duties:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Maintain open respectful communication with the entire staff

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$17.50 per hour
