**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage Facebook Ads
- Answer inquiries for quotes via phone or website
- Schedule quotes for snow team
- Track snow clearing progress and respond to customer inquiries during storms
- Dispatch drivers to areas missed or needing further clean-up
- Liaise between drivers and property owners
- Track hours for drivers and route completion rates
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and other databases
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining a tidy office environment
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document preparation, communication, and scheduling
**Skills**
- Customer Service - client happiness is the main goal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling front desk responsibilities
