**Responsibilities**
- Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all agents, clients, visitors and business partners
- Provide clerical support to our Agents, Senior Branch Administrator and Branch Manager
- Cooperate with industry professionals to resolve a variety of Real Estate related situations
- Manage Listings and Appointments through industry software “ShowingTime”
- Process and manage New Listings in listings database and paper formats
- Create listing websites, landing pages and promotional material as required
- Provide training and guidance on industry related software
- Maintain Front Desk area to ensure reception is always presentable and appealing
- Update and provide direction to part-time staff
- Accept and record received Deposit cheques and provide receipts
- Manage Office Couriers
- Arrange for manager signatures when required
- Track meeting and event attendance for branch and company
- Manage Meeting Room Bookings
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Other duties as assigned to support the Administration Team
- Exercise confidentiality and discretion, good judgment, and sensitivity in all daily activities and interactions

**Qualifications and Competencies**
- Two or more years of related experience providing client support in an office environment, preferably in the real estate sector
- Superior oral and written communication skills are required
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Digital marketing experience is an asset
- Proficient in functions of Canva and/or other digital marketing platforms
- Must be prompt, reliable, accountable and detail oriented
- Proven working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube)
- Ability to work efficiently as a team member in a busy environment while demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability to manage administrative work to support our Realtors and the Administrative Team
- Displays a high level of professionalism and initiative with a positive and collaborative attitude
