**Core Function**:
The position will assist in the daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, payroll and financial reporting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
- Recording of financial information in both manual and computerized systems.
- Perform clerical and reception duties (e.g. photocopy, scan, file, answer phone).
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Preparation of financial reporting.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality and maintain ethics when managing sensitive financial data.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and good team player.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, and work independently.
- Good organizational, analytical abilities and problem solving skills.
