We're growing—and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Residential Property Manager to help us continue raising the bar in property care and client satisfaction.

As a Residential Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they're maintained to the highest standards and that operations run seamlessly. This is a dynamic role for a proactive professional who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and building strong relationships.

What You'll Do

Tenant Management

  • Be the go-to resource for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns—always with professionalism and care.
  • Lead leasing activities: advertise vacancies, conduct showings, and process applications.
  • Manage move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals with efficiency and attention to detail.

Property Maintenance

  • Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance to keep properties in top shape.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Work closely with contractors and service providers to ensure quality results.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
  • Collect rent and fees, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Provide clear, accurate financial reports for property owners and management.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure properties meet all local laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of leases, maintenance, and tenant communications.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Resident Relations

  • Build positive relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address disputes and mediate conflicts when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in residential property management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Assets

  • Experience with Yardi Property Management Software.
  • Familiarity with local property management regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
