The Vendor Sales Specialist is responsible for working with our outbound calling teams to support their sales & upselling in wireless and cable. The Vendor Sales Specialist will be an overall mentor to our outbound calling teams.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Delivers market-leading pre/post sales support to outbound calling team
- Provides telephone support & coaching for our tele-sales agents
- Provide proactive coaching and best practices for selling activity
- Interfaces/liaises with other departments and partners to improve & create sales processes
- Monitors results and takes actions to help outbound teams meet their key performance indicators
- Implement the strategy and deliver the necessary actions to help the outbound sales team achieve annual sales targets
- Accountability for successful delivery of all activities supporting outbound calling sales teams
- Enable outbound calling teams with the tools and communications required to effectively articulate our solutions offerings and close deals with ease and confidence
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to deliver strategic sales programs, sales tactics, incentives, marketing initiatives, help close training gaps and achieve performance targets
- Recommend and collaborate to operationalize sales processes for outbound calling teams

**What you bring**:

- A minimum of two years experience as a Customer Service Consultant
- Meeting or exceeding all current job performance standards including attendance and punctuality
- Previous experience within a B2B environment preferably in a Telecommunications environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills including the ability to multi-task high level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Post-Secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset Account or relationship management experience dealing with large corporations is an asset

**Skills**:

- Proven advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to identify, communicate and escalate potential business issues or challenges quickly and independently
- Excellent knowledge of Vision21, SGI. Salesforce experience an asset
- Computer skills proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel Advanced business writing specifically for B2B communication
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen, able to communicate well with Telecom Administrators and sales partners
- Proven ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy
