**Job Description** The Opportunity**:
Ready to make an impact in the fashion world? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate **Product Assistant/Assistant Buyer** to join our team and help push the Reitmans brand to new heights

In this exciting and fast-paced role, you’ll blend your love for fashion with your sharp business sense to assist your Product Manager in building carefully curated fashion assortments that will wow our customers and keep them coming back for more.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate with the Product Management team through the product development journey.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in our systems.
- Help prepare the best sellers liosts and attend fit sessions when needed to ensure perfect execution.
- Keep all product documentation in check, including lookbooks and purchase order books.
- Prepare for and attend team meetings, contributing ideas and staying in the loop on current and upcoming collections.

**Qualifications** Who You Are**:

- A college diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- A strong sense of style and an eye for the latest fashion trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A good understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends.
