**Responsabilités**:

- Aider aux essayages des modèles, y compris la planification, la préparation et l’assistance sur site.
- Tenir et mettre à jour les registres d'inventaire.
- Aide aux tâches administratives telles que la planification des essayages et des réunions avec les designers et les stylistes
- Aide à la préparation des défilés
- Fournir un soutien général à l’équipe de mode au besoin.

- Expérience avérée en tant que coordonnateur d'événements sur place, démontrant l'exécution réussie de divers événements.
- Compétences organisationnelles et multitâches exceptionnelles, notamment dans la gestion de la logistique sur site.
- Solides capacités de communication et de leadership, assurant une coordination efficace entre les équipes sur place.
- Flexibilité pour s’adapter à l’évolution de la dynamique et des exigences des événements sur site.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et collaborative pour garantir l’excellence sur site.
- Excellentes capacités de gestion du temps et d’organisation pour gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Compétences exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle avec un accent sur la satisfaction du client

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with model fittings, including scheduling, preparation, and on-site support.
- Maintain and update inventory records.
- Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling fittings and meetings with designers and stylists
- Assist in preparing for runway shows
- Provide general support to the fashion team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an On-Site Event Coordinator, demonstrating successful execution of diverse events.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, particularly in managing on-site logistics.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, ensuring effective coordination among on-site teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing on-site event dynamics and requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to guarantee on-site excellence.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- MUST DRIVE AND OWN A CAR
- Passion for fashion
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
