Super Sucker is looking for a **Billing Coordinator** to join us as a valued team member. We are looking for this colleague to provide excellent customer service in the billing process

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare pre-billing documentation to facilitate the billing process on a timely basis
- Post entries into the accounting software and arrange electronic delivery of invoices
- Prepare reports for management to measure KPI’s for billing process
- Interact with clients on invoice inquiries
- Keep data systems updated to ensure accurate billing first time
- Make recommendations to improve processes and customer experience
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in business accounting is preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX an asset
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude to work effectively within a team atmosphere
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills allowing focus on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

**SCHEDULE**:

- Office environment, sitting behind a desk for long periods of time.
