About the team you are joining

You will be reporting to the Senior Principal IATA Consulting Americas and working alongside a brilliant team of highly talented Consultants and Subject Matter Experts from diverse culture, backgrounds, and nationalities.

What your day would be like

You will be involved in the commercialization and delivery of IATA’s consulting services. Responsibilities will include:
1. Collect data and research information pertaining to aviation stakeholders including airports, airlines, civil aviation authorities, cargo operators and ground handlers, through desktop research, interviews, and database usage.

3. Prepare written reports (in Word or Powerpoint format) required for the delivery of the consulting projects.

4. Take part to business development initiatives: identification of business leads, press reading, participation to commercial meetings, preparation of Expression-of-Interests, support to the Sales team and preparation of technical proposals.

5. Support administrative processes: revenue and purchase contract preparation, travel organization and appointment making.

We would love to hear from you if you possess the following attributes:
1.University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering

2.Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an Aviation Consultant

3.Excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and MS Project

4.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

5.Analytical skills & customer and quality-oriented attitude

6.Creative, entrepreneurial spirit, flexible team player

Travel Required: Y: 20%
