**Qualifications**
**5+ years of leadership experience**in tourism or hospitality operations, because you know what it takes to keep things running smoothly.
**A master of organization & project management**, with experience using tools like Smartsheet, Gantt charts, Rise HRIS, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
**Financial savvy. Yo**u understand budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and you’re always looking for ways to drive efficiency.
**A people-first mindset.**You know how to hire, develop, and retain top talent while keeping teams engaged and motivated.
**A flexible approach to scheduling**. Weekends, evenings, and holidays don’t faze you when it comes to making magic happen.
