**Job Overview**
Our client, a global world-class manufacturer of automotive parts in the Guelph area, is currently recruiting for Industrial Cleaners.

Opportunity: Work for a respected and stable manufacturer.

Shifts: All shifts available - Days, Afternoon, and Nights. For those looking to work 36 hours but get paid 40 hours there are 12hr shifts available each weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)

Location: Guelph - Northwest

Compensation: Starting at $26/hr, with incremental wage increases at 3/6/12 months.

**Duties**
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including cleaning machines in the paint department and removing paint overspray from windows, stairs, ceilings, and concrete surfaces using approved chemicals and supplies.
- Safety Protocols: Follow strict safety procedures when handling equipment, chemicals, and materials. Ensure all paint-related waste is properly labeled, stored, and disposed of.
- Equipment Operation: Maintain industrial cleaning equipment such as spray equipment.
- Filter Maintenance: Change and replace various filters throughout paint booths to ensure proper working conditions.
- Surface Preparation: Clean and prep surfaces using processes such as sanding, scraping, and grinding.
- Spill Response: Respond immediately to calls from personnel to clean up spills and wet floors.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Experience in an industrial cleaning environment, specifically in cleaning machines.
- Skills: Understanding of safety protocols, time management, and efficient cleaning methods.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and handling hazardous chemical cleaners.
