IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Formula Ford as an Appointment Coordinator/Cashier.

**Location: 940 Kingston Rd, Pickering, ON ON L1V1B3**

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed. As a key member of the International Auto Group team, the Appointment Coordinator is responsible for handling the administrative functions of the service process.

**Responsibilities**
- Write up repair orders for preparation of New/Pre-Owned inventory for sale
- Maintain communication with members of the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and in coordination with schedules
- Arrange and invoice sublet repairs
- Provide information on and actively promote motor vehicles or promotions
- Chat online with customers surfing on the company's website
- Maintain awareness of factory-recommended maintenance schedules
- Ensure timely completion of all work requests so that vehicle can be delivered as scheduled
- Build trust and maintain a solid business relationship with customers
- Responsible for monitoring each job completion time by technician, while ensuring appropriate charges are applied for work completed
- Collect payment from customers
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CDK/ADP or other Dealer Management Systems an asset.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and stress management skills to complete daily tasks.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
