**Summary**
This position is responsible for the coordination of national and international produce deliveries according to the planned receiving priority and taking into account the capabilities of the different distribution centres.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Plans and coordinates deliveries, utilizing C3 software, from suppliers while evaluating Company needs on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Monitors the status of deliveries
- Communicates with vendors/carriers when deliveries do not occur as scheduled. Communicates any delays to Warehouse Supervisors, Buyers, and other relevant parties.
- Assesses pallet needs for current day deliveries and weekly deliveries. Makes adjustments as necessary.
- Determines delivery volumes so that Distribution Centre resources are effectively utilized.
- Prepares and maintains required reports.
- Updates and ensures system accuracy.
- Prepares and maintains statistical reports.
- Assist with DC Processes as needed

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent an asset
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- An excellent network of contacts among different produce vendors is an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) an asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and internet
- 7-days a week operation, must be flexible in hours
