**Gyro Group of Companies** is now hiring a **Service Appointment Coordinator** to join our team As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will handle both inbound and outbound scripted calls and setting/confirming appointments for service customers. If you are energetic, well-spoken and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service with a "Team Player" attitude, PLEASE APPLY **Responsibilities**: - Scheduling service appointments for clients vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner - Answering incoming calls - Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments - Directing all customer inquiries accordingly - Identify and escalate priority issues - Follow up calls - Assist in-person customer overflow on Service Advisor desk as required **Required Skills**: - Previous experience in similar role considered an asset - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Listening skills - Problem analysis and problem solving - Customer service orientation - Organizational Skills - Team work - Multitask **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) **Experience**: - Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
