As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Branch Manager to lead our team at our Gaetz Avenue location.

**Position Overview**:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our branch operations. This includes managing sales, customer service, inventory, and personnel to ensure the branch meets and exceeds its sales targets and operational goals. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the industrial safety sector.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends to effectively advise customers and meet their safety needs.
- Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stocking, and merchandising, to ensure adequate stock levels and product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote brand loyalty and drive business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in industrial safety or a similar industry where technical product knowledge is required.
- Computer skills including past experience with point of sale and/or ERP systems a must.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Sound knowledge of industrial safety products, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
