**Your team**

Within the personal banking sector, you are part of a team of two colleagues, and you report to Senior Manager. Our team stands out for its high-caliber service tailored to each client's unique needs. We ultimately aim to offer you maximum flexibility and quality of life.

The branch is open during weekdays and no weekends.

**Basic requirements**
- Hold a bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in banking, including 5 years of recognized success in sales mentoring and leadership. OR Hold a University Certificate and equivalent demonstrated experience in the financial services industry.
- Hold a Mutual Funds license.
- Knowledge of relationship management and client value articulation. Sales strategy development and execution. Risk assessment and credit analysis.
- Experience in delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term, profitable relationships.
- Leading with a people-first approach that fosters engagement, growth, and change.
- Collaborating across business lines including Business Banking and Wealth Management.
