**THE ROLE**:
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sales growth, serving both external customers and internal partners. You'll manage mid-level travel agency accounts, build relationships, and expand business through outbound calls and correspondence campaigns. You'll also provide problem-solving support, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**:

- Experience in inside sales and marketing within the travel industry
- Self-starter, proactive attitude
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding relationship-building abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data
- Expertise in MS Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Dynamics) and CRM systems like Salesforce

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**:

- Managing travel industry sales accounts
- Familiarity with leisure travel products and destinations, especially Globus family of brands
- Business and sales acumen
- Understanding of sales reports and metrics for informed business decisions

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Educate travel advisors on our products, destinations, and promotions through outbound calls and e-campaigns
- Generate marketing materials to boost sales opportunities and train advisors on self-serve marketing systems
- Address travel advisor inquiries about Globus family of brands, ensuring timely and positive resolutions
- Onboard new accounts, including home-based and independent contractor advisors, ensuring they have the tools to succeed
- Encourage use of the Travel Advisor Portal (TAP) and conduct necessary trainings
- Participate in webinars, trainings, and travel shows/events as needed
- Stay updated on company products and competitive landscape to be a trusted resource
- Maintain advisor/agency updates in the CRM database
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to meet travel partner needs and increase sales
- Contribute to team efforts by supporting related projects and departments

**EDUCATION**
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
