As an Aroma Espresso Bar Front of House employee, you will be responsible for providing our customers with an amazing experience from start to finish, including skillfully preparing beverages, serving food made by our kitchen, and providing our customers with an amazing experience and assisting in store operations.
LOCATION: Yonge Street, Toronto
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The roles and responsibilities of the job include some of the following:
- Handling fast paced working environment while multitasking is a must
- Ringing in sales on the POS terminal
- Serving customers politely, efficiently, & with a great attitude
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of coffee, tea & menu items
- Preparing our full menu of drinks according to standard recipes
- Restocking, assisting with inventory and orders, and putting inventory away as needed
- Maintaining high standard of cleanliness throughout the store. - Including dishes, sweeping, mopping, dusting the front end including the store, patio and bathrooms.
- Follow food safety and Covid standards and protocols
- Communication with other team members in both the Front and Back of House
- Must wear a mask while working
**REQUIREMENTS**
Available to work **mornings/afternoons**
Customer service, cash handling & **Barista experience needed**
Positive attitude and a passion for food/coffee
Must be able to lift 25-30lbs
Must be able to reliably travel to and from the store
Must be able to multitask in a fast
- paced environment
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
