**Position Summary - Barista/Cashier (Full-Time/Part-Time)**
As a **Barista/Cashier at Kibo Cafe**, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences—not only through crafting great beverages but also by supporting a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This role combines café service with light retail duties, perfect for someone who enjoys working with others and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks and teas
- Provide friendly, attentive service and help create a welcoming space for customers and teammates
- Operate the POS system accurately for both café and market transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and market areas
- Support retail operations by assisting with inventory tracking, shelf stocking, and product displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and shift transitions
- Follow proper POS-handling procedures and opening/closing checklists

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a barista, cashier, or in retail/hospitality is an asset
- A **strong team player** who communicates well and supports coworkers
- Friendly and proactive with a customer-first attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed—no task is too small
