**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all goals and deliverables are met.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using established project management practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and reporting on project status.
  • Utilize tools such as Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment through strong leadership and guidance.

**Qualifications & Skills**

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within construction or renovation industries.
  • Familiarity with program management principles is a plus.
  • Strong budgeting, planning, and resource management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
