**Overview**

ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated **Construction Operations Lead** to lead our construction and renovation projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring alignment with company objectives. We’re seeking a proactive leader who thrives on organization, collaboration, and delivering results across multiple initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all goals and deliverables are met.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using established project management practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and reporting on project status.
- Utilize tools such as Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment through strong leadership and guidance.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within construction or renovation industries.
- Familiarity with program management principles is a plus.
- Strong budgeting, planning, and resource management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
