**Responsibilities**:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of hot tub models to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose technical issues effectively, using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges quickly.
- Provide clear and comprehensive guidance to customers on the proper use and care of their hot tubs.
- Manage service appointments efficiently, arriving punctually and prepared with necessary tools and parts.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, ensuring all documentation is complete for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and develop innovative solutions for complex service tasks.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and new technologies through ongoing training and development
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (ability to work evenings and weekends if required)

**Requirements**:
- Hands-on experience with hot tub or pool maintenance and repair is an asset to ensure effective service delivery.
- Have knowledge and understanding of water chemistry and how to assist customer with the proper balancing of chemicals.
- Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues (ideally related to hot tubs or pools).
- Excellent problem-solving skills to provide swift resolutions to customer concerns both in-person or remotely.
- Our team values your ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to customers who may not be familiar with the equipment.
- Ability to manage inventory of parts and tools efficiently to minimize downtime during repairs.
- A valid driver's license is necessary as you will travel to different customer locations for servicing and installations (locally).
- Proficiency in using basic digital tools to log service reports and maintain accurate records is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling maintenance plans or new products.
