**In the role of Restaurant Manager you**

  • Support the owner in achieving sales and profitability metrics.
  • Constantly look for ways to grow sales.
  • Work with the owner and managers to hire, develop and retain great servers and future leaders.
  • Are a cheerleader for the business and to the team.
  • Are a strong communicator who is positive, outgoing and energetic, while holding yourself and others accountable to Cassette’s standards.
  • Are responsible for all front of house routines and rhythms that contribute to a successful service.
  • You are responsible for the onboarding of new employees and ongoing training and development of front of house employees.

**Experience Required**

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisor or management role in a full service restaurant.
  • You are self motivated and want to grow and develop in the hospitality industry.
  • A background in team sports is an asset.
  • A passion for food and beverage.
  • Enjoy learning and are willing to accept feedback.
  • The ability to legally work in Canada
