We are looking for a **skilled and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative** to join our team for a **new townhouse development in Ladner, BC**. This role is ideal for a **real estate professional** with **strong closing skills**, who can work independently, follow up with leads quickly, and build strong relationships with buyers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information about the development and purchasing process.
- **Follow up with registrants and leads quickly** to maximize sales opportunities.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the homes to help buyers make confident decisions.
- **Work closely with stakeholders and the marketing team** to support sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and positive sales experience.
- Utilize **CRM software (Spark, Lasso, HubSpot, etc.)** to track leads and manage client interactions.
- **Handle digital contracts and documents** using tools like **DocuSign and cloud storage platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).**:

- **Provide daily traffic reports** after onsite hours to track visitor engagement and interest.
- **Attend meetings** to discuss sales progress, marketing strategies, and project updates.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends and project details.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have experience in the real estate industry.**:

- **Proven track record in real estate sales.**:

- **Strong closing skills** with the ability to guide buyers toward a decision.
- **Personable and able to build strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders.**:

- **Self-motivated and able to work independently.**:

- **Proficiency in CRM software (Spark, Lasso, HubSpot, etc.).**:

- **Experience with digital contracts and document management (DocuSign, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).**:

- **Ability to work flexible hours,** including weekends, based on client demand.

**Qualifications**:

- **Real estate sales experience**: 2+ years (required)
- **Language**: English (preferred)
- **Licence/Certification**: Real Estate License (preferred)
