As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focusing on processing all orders to meet growing customer demands while keeping high standard for our daily operation. You will become a product expert in a wide range of products, laptop desktop computers, printers, and all office electronics. You will answer customer inquiries, provide product knowledge while managing customer expectation.
Along the way, you will learn about our business and help us improve what we do by using your knowledge and experience to drive change.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- A sense of urgency in getting good work done quickly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify, process all incoming orders on a daily base, make sure all orders are processed in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain all necessary document, make sure all work accountable.
- Manage customer returns, refunds; escalated issue when needed.
- Manage online customer accounts, account receivable and follow up with customer regularly.
- Develop and maintain high level product knowledge base, keep up to date with all new product development.
- Coordinate with vendor, suppliers, and logistic, courier to make sure smooth operation.
- Handling front reception duties.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Mainly will be working on office, remote work is possible for limited time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.99-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
