**As an Equipment Operator, You Will**:

- Safely operate various pieces of equipment, including Skid Steer and Front-End Loader to meet production targets
- Feed crusher and screening plants with loader in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete all necessary daily paperwork including, but not limited to, daily logs, vehicle inspection logs, hours of service, etc.
- Safely operate and maintain crushing equipment
- Clean, lubricate and perform minor maintenance work on equipment
- Maintain site cleanliness, and perform general labour activities, including but not limited to shoveling in and around the belts and crusher
- Communicate with manager daily
- Perform Job hazard analysis for each job task
- Promote safety awareness; follow company policies and procedures, health, safety and environment
- Act in accordance with Provincial Occupational Health and Safety regulations and practices
- Perform other plant and yard duties as assigned

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Welding and mechanical skills, an asset
- Experience in loader, dozer and excavator, screening plant
- Maintain and operate in a safe manner
- Dependable and reliable
- Proven safety record and excellent compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Mines and Mining plants
- Working knowledge of environmental policies, standards, and best practices
- Common Core training, an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract and daily access to a vehicle
- Ability to use stairs, ladders, scaffolding and climb over rough terrain
- Ability to operate welding equipment
- Willingness to work extended hours, nights, and weekends as the schedule demand
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
- Willingness to travel and live according to job location
- Must be able to work independently
