We are looking for a highly motivated, responsible, organized and personable Inside Sales associate.

Responsibilities include:

- Sales generation
- Order entry and order confirmations
- Sales quotes - cost calculations and pricing preparation
- Account management and maintenance
- Outside sales support and growth
- Tracking information
- Working in harmony with the Outside Sales Account Managers.
- Prior telecommunications industry experience and sales experience an asset but not required.

Qualifications:

- Detail oriented - provide consistent customer services to ensure recurring business.
- Initiative - able to work independently and enhance positive customer relations.
- Communication - Must be able to work well with a small team and interact with customers in a friendly professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving ability, particularly relevant in managing customer accounts.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) and Microsoft Access is an asset.
- Promote and input sales of company products and offer new product solutions for all new and existing customers.
