**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

  • 3+ years' experience owning the creation and implementation of scalable marketing processes that ensure best practice in marketing automation.
  • 3+ years' experience developing online content such as landing pages, brochures, website content, blogs, Facebook ads
  • 3+ years' experience working with Marketing Automation Tools such as Hubspot, or Pardot.
  • Experience in owning the full life-cycle of a marketing campaign from idea to testing, executing, and optimizing.
  • Proven experience with tracking key metrics and building custom reports using data analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Linkedin Ads, HootSuite, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and paid social media advertisements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven changes to improve campaign performance.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Conduct research on how best to use marketing campaigns and landing pages for tracking customers' attributes and journey paths.
  • Suggest new ways to improve and innovate our marketing campaign efforts.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
