**Position: Business Analyst With CRM migration**

**Location: North York, ON(Canada Onsite)**

**Duration: Long Term**

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience with minimum of 10+years of IT experience

**Required Skills**:

- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements for CRM migration projects
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize CRM systems
- Develop functional specifications for new CRM features and enhancements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure business requirements are properly implemented
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure CRM system functionality meets business needs
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of new CRM systems
- Develop and maintain project documentation including requirements, design, and test plans
- Work with sales and marketing teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for CRM system improvements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:
