Fowler Construction is currently seeking an Inside Salesperson for our Asphalt & Aggregates division. In this role, you will play an integral part in coordinating internal sales. Working closely with the outside sales representative, you will be the “go to” resource for internal and external customer service.

**Key Duties**:

- Give pricing to retail customers and contractors.
- Coordinate retail deliveries.
- Assist outside sales with project management and customer follow-up.
- Assist with yearly pricing.
- Assist with receivables.
- Maintain inventory control of purchased products.
- Compile and analyze sales reports.
- Assist with satellite scale set-up and operation, including scheduling and training of scale operators.
- Ensure customers are aware of all services Fowler provides.
- Maintain central quote database.
- Conduct data entry for billing.
- Maintain daily scale quantity spreadsheet.
- Conduct weekly invoicing of all material sales from every location.
- Process invoicing for all “aggregates only” jobs.
- Enter time for field staff.
- Conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner.
- All other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Able to organize, coordinate and direct projects.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Solid analytical and technical skills.
- Strong computer skills in Excel, MS Word, and sales software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

**Work Conditions**:

- Travel to various sites may be required.
- Busy office environment with frequent interruptions.
- Interaction with employees, management, and the public at large.
