Whether you're an experienced caregiver or new to the field, we offer specialized training to help you begin a fulfilling career as a Care Professional. Our focus is on supporting seniors to live independently in their own homes, and we take pride in the meaningful relationships we build with both our clients and our team members.

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. Our services include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, accompanying seniors to appointments, assistance with mobility, personal care (including toileting, bathing, and hygiene care), dementia care, and overnight and weekend support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide companionship and engaging activities for seniors
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare meals according to dietary needs
- Accompany seniors to activities and appointments
- Provide assistance with walking and mobility
- Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, bathing, and hygiene care
- Provide dementia care support
- Available for shifts on days, evenings, nights, and weekends

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Being available to work weekends
- Minimum availability of 5 days per week
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Residency in the Richmond or greater Vancouver area with a valid work permit (no sponsorship provided)
- Comfortable working with the elderly
- Possess a caring heart, patience, and empathy
- Active Class 5 BC Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
