We are searching for CHW's who are dedicated to providing the type of care the we would want for our own loved ones and by offering our competitive wages, benefits, a phone allowance along with a dedicated support team to back you in the field, we have been able to do just that. We have PT community visiting positions available in Richmond and have both days and afternoon available. This position is 3 weekdays and every other weekend. The days worked is flexible but must be the same weekdays each week. Clients are grouped together as much as possible to minimize travel between. The time frame for these visits is 3pm-11pm for afternoons or 7am-3pm for days.

As this is community visiting a drivers licence (7N or 5) and a reliable vehicle are needed to perform this job. We do pay 40 cents/km between clients for mileage.

Part time staff also receive a $25 monthly phone allowance.

**Requirements**:
Vulnerable Sector Police Check in the last year

Must have CHW or HCA certificate and be registered in good standing with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry

CPR certificate

TB test results from within 1 year or chest xray from within 2 years

Must be double vaccinated for COVID

Drivers licence and reliable vehicle

**Responsibilities**:
Assisting clients with all aspects of daily living

Food preparation and/or assistance with feeding as required

Light housekeeping such as: dishes, folding laundry etc
