As a local family-run business, we are experts in Custom Picture Framing, Fine Art Scanning & Printing, Photo Book making, Laser etching, FAT Paint production and distribution. Every day we get to **actually make** the things we have designed.

We are located in a bustling part of Langley
- nearby is Willowbrook Mall, Costco, Home Depot - many Restaurants, independent shops, and craft breweries are right outside our doors.

**We have an immediate Full time position available** (5 days/week - 9:45 am-5:45 pm Tuesday - Saturday) for a good natured individual who thrives on variety in their day, loves continually growing & learning, has an eye for design and a passion for delivering top-notch client experiences.

Growth opportunities include promotion to Showroom Manager

**Training will be provided for the following**:

- Showroom maintenance, merchandising the floor and wall hanging displays
- Designing Framing packages for Client Artwork
- Knowledge of various framing techniques and processes
- Operating our Point of Sale system
- Producing accurate estimates & quotes
- Order Processing and follow-through
- Product knowledge including FAT Paint, Treasure Book, Giclée printing services

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years in Retail/Customer Service Position
- Able to take accurate measurements
- Comfortable with basic math including inch fractions
- Understanding Colour theory, design trends, able to be visually creative
- Confident and Comfortable engaging with clients of all personality types, providing personable, natural selling technique and exceptional service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly organized and **detail oriented**
- Good project and time management skills
- Able to pivot and handle concurrent responsibilities well
- Able to maintain filing systems and databases
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of Photo Shop
- Able to work and complete tasks independently
- Able to work collaboratively
- **Strong attention to detail**
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour
