We are a fast-growing, customer-focused used car dealership dedicated to providing quality vehicles and exceptional service. We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and personable Automotive Sales Representative to join our team and help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Compensation**: 100% Commission-Based (High earning potential)

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business
- Negotiate deals and complete sales paperwork accurately
- Collaborate with management to achieve monthly sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized lot and showroom

**Qualifications**
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
