**You as an Insurance & Bonding Specialist will**:

- Assist in the administrative day to day operations of the Insurance & Surety department by performing required duties
- Review Insurance & Bonding requirements on RFQ’s/PreQual’s
- Process invoice payments
- Processing Certificates of Insurance
- Process all costing associated with insurance & bonding premiums on projects
- Follow up with Project Managers for copies of Owners policies
- Update all expiries list & calculation sheets to track completion dates on projects to insure proper coverage
- Follow up with project managers with respect to project completion dates to ensure bonds remain in force
- Set up project file on new awards

**Is this role right for you?**
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You have a minimum of two years in construction insurance or office experience
