Welcome to the CAA Club Group of Companies (CCG), where purpose leads to passionAt CCG, we are committed to delivering an exceptional Associate experience.We offer:Work-life harmony with access to an award-winning holistic wellness program,Continuous learning through our robust corporate curriculum and education reimbursement program,Incredible rewards, travel incentives, and product and service discounts,Pay-for-performance and best-in-class recognition programs, andCompetitive benefits that include a defined contribution plan, personal spending account, and so much more.Join our growing team where everyone belongsWhat you will doReporting to the Unit Manager, Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for the completion of operational reviews of claims files focusing on adherence to best practices and compliance.What you will do:Document and report on compliance adherence and update process and procedure documents.Focus on customer experience through call quality reviews.Adhere to reporting requirements related to Regulatory and Internal Compliance matters.Maintain documentation to coordinate department level workflows, audit processes, and associated compliance.Maintain awareness of industry trends and changes to ensure Echelon is prepared to respond in a manner consistent with our vision and values.Support Senior Quality Assurance Specialists in delivering on the quality assurance goals.Champion change and continuous improvement, thinking creatively to identify issues and resolve challenges within the Claims Department.Participate in special projects, targeted reviews, assignments, and other duties as assigned.Who you are3-5 years of a variety of claims experience (Auto PD, Accident Benefits, Property, Bodily Injury and Vendor) in the insurance industry.Prior experience with file review and call quality audits with knowledge of Claims Monitor.Experienced in creation and management of workflow processes with strong data analytics skills.Strong understanding of the regulatory compliance and claims workflows and procedures.Post-secondary education in Insurance Management, Business Administration, related field, or industry experience is preferred.CIP / FCIP designation or working towards completion is preferred.Our CommitmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to provide employment accommodation in accordance with all applicable Provincial Human Rights and Accessibility Legislation.
