**Position Title**: Student Records Coordinator, Retention and Enrolment

**Status**: Appendix D Contract

**Hours**:35 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**: Office of the Registrar

**Campus/Location**: North and must be comfortable working hybrid, working onsite a minimum 3 days a week.

**Salary**: Band H (Min) $36.29 (Max) $42.13

- The Office of the Registrar supports and celebrates student success. We provide students and the campus community with support through the distribution of key information, high-quality service delivery and the maintenance of essential systems and processes. Our dedicated staff work in a myriad of areas including Admissions, Academic Records, Convocation, Contact Centre, Fees, Financial Aid, Registration & Course Scheduling, Reporting, and Student Systems at both our North and Lakeshore campuses. **About the **Student Records Coordinator, Retention and Enrolment **Role**:

- Reporting to the Manager, Student Records, the Student Records Coordinator, Retention & Enrolment supports the achievement of the institution’s retention and enrolment plans as defined by the Strategic Enrolment Management framework for continuing Domestic and International students.

**Education**
- 3 year diploma/degree or equivalent in the following field(s) of study: Business Administration Management, Accounting, Social Sciences, Arts, Education, Public Policy, or a related field.

**Experience/Skills**:

- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required for this position.
- Strong judgement, analytical and problems solving skills
- Superior communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes
- Thorough knowledge of Humber’s programs, policies and processes
- Recent experience in a post-secondary Records role would be an asset
- Leadership skills, along with the ability to work well independently and with others
- Ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Office365 and the ability to develop proficiency within the student information system
- Ability to work in a highly automated environment
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to respond with tact, discretion and professionalism**What’s** in it for you?**
