**About the Position**: _The Custodian is responsible for a mixture of routine duties and project work as assigned and scheduled by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor._ _The following proficiencies are required:_
- Lawn/yard maintenance, snow removal and salting icy areas
- ** General plant and office custodial duties**:

- Sweeping/mopping floors
- Cleaning railings, windows, machines, etc.
- Cleaning washrooms/locker rooms
- Disinfecting cafeteria area
- Empty garbage and recycling bins
- ** Project work may include;**:

- Painting
- Repairing
- Running errands
- Assisting peers with general handyman work
- One (1) + years’ previous industrial cleaning experience
