**Leith Wheeler Investment Counsel Ltd.** Is an employee-owned firm, headquartered in Vancouver with offices in Calgary and Toronto. We manage over $23 billion of assets on behalf of pension, foundation, corporate, Aboriginal, and individual clients across Canada.
- Coordinate and process account transfers.
- Perform daily trade handling among a variety of account types, including registered accounts, with very high accuracy.
- Accurately maintain client records between in-house systems and vendor systems.
- Generate trade confirmations.
- Liaise with client administrators, portfolio managers, custodians, and dealers for meeting overall objectives.
- Ensure the procedures manual is always updated and current.
- Assist with other department functions as required.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Strong understanding of financial back-office operations.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in mutual fund or securities administration.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course or IFIC Mutual Funds Operations Course is an asset.
